Feb 12, Mar 12, Apr 9, May 14 – Swing Dance Party occurs every second Saturday, February through May. No partner required. Beginner lesson starts at 6pm.
Lindy Hop – Swing Dance Series
Tuesdays, Oct 19-Nov 9 – The Lindy Hop is a style of swing dance that can be wild and energetic or cool and sophisticated. Basics and partner dancing will be covered.
Lights, Camera, Trans-Action
Nov 12 – Lights, Camera, Trans-Action is a night of slam poetry, drag, and dancing. Trans poet Hayden Dansky will be reading original works followed by drag performance by the Van Dyke Family.
Mexican Heritage Celebration
Sep 18 – Mexican Heritage Celebration festivities start at 1pm until 5pm with the dance starting at 5pm. Music, dancing, art, food and comedy.
Freestyle Partner Dance Series
Aug 11, 18 – In the Freestyle Partner Dance Series learn the fundamentals of partner dancing, explore techniques and moves used improvisationally.
