Journey to the heart of Zim culture with an authentic Zimbabwean meal. For your entree choose between chicken mafa or covo vegetables, served with sides of manhanga (pumpkin) in a cayenne, ginger and peanut sauce, traditional sadza (corn meal), rape (cooked greens) and Chakalaka sauce. Finish with custard and plantains. The entire meal will be gluten free and use locally sourced, organic ingredients.
For this event the Blue Sage is pairing with The Learning Council to prepare the meal.
