June 11-15, July 9-13 – Handwork Summer Sessions aim at beginner students who want to learn the basics of handwork: knitting, crochet, cross-stitch and felting. Continuing students who want to deepen their skills in handwork will be offered projects that challenge their individual skill level.
June 18-22 – Students will learn the art of putting imagery in motion as they explore a variety of techniques, including stop-animation, claymation, drawn animation, digital film and graphics
June 21-July 12, Thursdays – With Summer Cooking Classes, learn about cuisine of many cultures through a community cooking experience, using local and organic ingredients. This class is offered on the gift model.
June 25-27, 29 & July 2 – Circus Arts is back for the summer. Jenna Bradford, Lorali Aby and Stone Hunter will be the instructors. The class will culminate by performing in the Cherry Days Parade on July 4.
July 23-27 – Strings Classes consist of the following courses: Beginning String Orchestra, Continuing String Orchestra, Advanced String Orchestra plus a combined orchestra concert.
