June 21-July 12, Thursdays – With Summer Cooking Classes, learn about cuisine of many cultures through a community cooking experience, using local and organic ingredients. This class is offered on the gift model.
June 25-27, 29 & July 2 – Circus Arts is back for the summer. Jenna Bradford, Lorali Aby and Stone Hunter will be the instructors. The class will culminate by performing in the Cherry Days Parade on July 4.
June 27 – Preparing grains and seeds for optimal bone health class will help you understand how to process grains, nuts, legumes and seeds for optimal digestion and bone health.
July 10 – Magical Mulching class offers techniques to beat the summer heat. Presented by Pat Frazier. Come by the Paonia CommUnity Garden 5-6pm.
June 7 – In Worm Composting, we’ll walk through the step of making your own worm bin, learn about what makes for a happy worm colony and geek out about the magic of ‘red wigglers’ and how to apply the resulting compost to suit your plants and gardens.
