If you are signing up for Wise ways to nourish the body – thank you! Alicia is very much looking forward to being together at Elderberry’s this weekend. Each day of the workshop you will be sharing a meal together. We will be preparing simple and delicious vegetarian food.
Please let her know if you have dietary restrictions. You are welcome to share food if you would like to contribute pot luck style. Please bring your own bowl, plate, mug and silverware.
There is a pen for dogs in case you need to bring yours.
Elderberry’s has invited participants to camp out and experience some down time and a full on retreat experience if you wish. Campers please let me know that you will be staying there and the crew at Elderberry’s will be ready for you.
Other things to bring include a hat and gear to be outside, a notebook, colored pencils, water bottle, camp chair, and any other things that you need to be comfortable.
